Email support@osalution.com. Include the relevant booking or location ID when available, but never send your password, authenticator secret, full card number, or security code.
Laloke support is not an emergency service. For an immediate medical, safety, or public emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Bookings and cancellations
Signed-in Customers and Hosts can open the relevant booking from their dashboard to review its status, policy, and available actions.
